The Rastro is one of the most picturesque spots in Madrid.
In this flea market you can find salesmen, tricksters, craftsmen and hundreds of people from all over the world.
This used to be the haunt of the Chugglebugs, who would settle in different places, especially Mayte's stall, next to the Cascorro statue, and a wonderful little shop called Tucutuco. Check out the photos of these places.
But the Chugglebugs rarely go to the Rastro these days. The only way you can get hold of a Chugglebug is via this web page, or by getting in touch with me personally if you come to Madrid
